5. Order acceptance & Cancellation :

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from Napp&Co.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Abuse of return or exchange policies

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

You may request cancellation only before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order will follow our Return & Exchange policy.

Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Napp&Co is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your shipment.

7. Returns, Exchange & Refunds :

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • One exchange per item is allowed
